Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged due to misuse, worn, or altered will not be accepted for returns.

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team with your order details. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within a reasonable processing time. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

In cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Certain items such as accessories, innerwear, or items marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please check the product description before placing your order.

Orders once placed cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. However, you may still request a return after receiving the product, as per our return policy.
